The controller of the personal data collected through this website is MTA Digital sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Świętego Marcina 29/8, 61-806 Poznań), operating under the CodeUnion brand.

What data we process and for what purpose
We process the data provided in the contact form (first and last name, email address, current website address, and message content) in order to prepare a free website concept and respond to your inquiry — based on your consent and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
If you tick the marketing consent box, we will additionally send you information about our services and offers by electronic means — you may withdraw this consent at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If we decide to work together, data required for billing purposes is stored for the period required by accounting regulations, generally 5 years (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We protect the form with Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps distinguish real users from bots — this is necessary for the security and proper functioning of the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share your data with
We entrust data to trusted providers who help us run this website and handle inquiries:
- Resend — sending emails from the contact form
- Cloudflare — website hosting and anti-spam protection (Turnstile)
- Sanity — website content management system
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection based on standard contractual clauses or another mechanism compliant with GDPR.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with other parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer your data, and object to its processing. You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, please write to us at gdpr@mta.digital.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

You can always change your cookie settings in your browser, including blocking or deleting stored cookies — please note, however, that this may affect the functioning of the contact form.
